After many great years of service to our subscribers, we have decided to shut down Finds. When we started this daily deal feature, our goal was to deliver great deals so you could experience the best Boston has to offer, while helping you keep a little extra money in your pocket. It’s been a fun ride for us, and we hope it has been for you, too. Good news - any deals you have purchased and not yet redeemed are still valid for use – nothing has changed. And if you are holding expired vouchers, you are eligible to use the amount you paid for the voucher as a credit with the merchant (this value never expires).

Here’s what you need to know:
1. will no longer offer any deals for purchase.

2. You will still be able to login to your existing account to access your deal vouchers until February 15, 2016. After this date, please email us at for customer service assistance.

3. If you are holding credits on account, please contact for information on how to use or claim the credit.

We know you count on to bring you the latest news, so we developed Finds, a site you can count on to bring you the best finds around. We, at Finds, want you to experience Boston's unique offerings and participate in fun activities. What better way to do that than with a great find?

How does it work?

Sign up for Finds' newsletter today. We'll deliver the best, local finds directly to your inbox. If you see a Find you like, click "BUY NOW," grab your credit or debit card, and make the purchase. You'll receive your unique voucher via email. Print out your voucher or pull it up on your mobile device, bring it to the business, and present it to claim your find. So easy, huh?

How do we choose the finds to include in Finds?

Our goal with Finds from is to give people the opportunity to explore all of the amazing things Boston has to offer through great finds. We choose to partner with businesses that offer finds we know our users would enjoy and that we would purchase ourselves.

How do I contact Finds for customer service?

Is it safe to give my credit card information?

We are committed to your privacy and safety. We encrypt all of your account information and we will never sell your information to third parties, including vendors from whom you purchased a find. For more information, please see our full privacy policy.

When can I use my Find?

Use it any time before the expiration date as specified on each find and printed on your voucher.

What if I Iose my confirmation email?

No worries! If you cannot find your Find voucher just email or call customer service, and we will send you a new copy. You can contact customer service at

Can I combine my Find offer with any other offers or specials?

Unless the Find explicitly states otherwise, a Find cannot be combined with other offers or specials.

Will the find location know what I'm talking about when I present my voucher?

Absolutely. We work closely with the businesses and their employees to make sure they know how Finds works. However, if you encounter a problem with voucher redemption, please contact our customer service team and we'll work quickly to ensure you are able to redeem your Find as soon as possible.

If I don't use the full value of a Find in one visit, can I use the rest later?

Sometimes! Please read carefully the fine print to determine whether or not you can use a find in multiple visits, or if the find is a one-time redemption offer. As always, contact us with any questions.

What if I need to return or have an issue with my Find?

If you have a problem with your Find or an order placed with your voucher, please contact our customer service team. Whatever the issue is, we'll work with you to right the situation! Full refunds are always available within seven days of purchase, unless otherwise noted in the Fine Print. All other requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

What happens if my Find expires?

If you didn't have a chance to use your Find before it expired, don't worry! After the expiration date passes, the promotional value expires, but you may still use it for the amount you paid for it for up to seven years (as per Massachusetts state law).

What if the business closes down before I redeem my Find?

If something happens that makes it impossible for the business to honor your Find before its expiration, we will absolutely refund you the entire amount you spent.

How does Refer a Friend work?

It's simple! After you purchase a deal, on the confirmation page you'll receive a personalized referral link you can share with your friends. When your friend uses that link to purchase the same deal, you'll get a $5 credit automatically placed into your account! You can apply the credit when you purchase another deal. Note: Your friends must purchase using your special referral link and their own credit cards, otherwise you won't get credit.

I missed a Find or it sold out before I could buy it. Will I get another chance?

We like to switch up our Finds, so you won't see the same business featured more than once in a short period of time. Please feel free to contact us to let us know if one of our Finds was of particular interest. We'll work on getting the business to run another find in the future!
